Calendar of Abstract Submissions

• Deadline for Oral Communication submission and free Poster submission: March 28 2018, 24:00 CET
• Announcement of the accepted oral communications: mid-May 2018
• After March 28 and until June 20, 2018, abstracts for Posters can still be submitted, but with a handling fee of 50,00€
• LATE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION is open until August 31! The late submitted abstracts will however not be included in the printed Book of Abstracts, but only in the mobile app. An update of the electronic Book of Abstracts (PDF file) will be made after the symposium. Abstract submission is subject to the prior payment of 50,00€ handling fee.
