EFMC-ISMC 2018

EFMC-ISMC 2018 will start on Sunday, September 2 around 16:00 and close on Thursday, September 6 around 14:00. A more detailed Preliminary Programme Schedule will be available soon.

The Participant registration fee includes:

• Admission to all scientific sessions and to the exhibition programme
• Electronic version of the abstract book, symposium bag and certificate of attendance
• Lunches and refreshment breaks as per the symposium schedule
• Welcome Reception on Sunday September 2, 2018
• The possibility to book additional activities included in the Social Programme (excursions, banquet, etc.) and the printed version of the book of abstracts

The Accompanying person fee includes:

• Welcome Reception on Sunday September 2, 2018
• The possibility to book additional activities included in the Social Programme (excursions, banquet, etc.)
• The possibility to participate in the additional optional cultural and sightseeing programme. Reservations for this programme will be available on site only.

Accompanying persons should make a separate registration, indicating the name of the person with whom they come in the appropriate field of the registration form.

You will always receive a confirmation of your registration. An automatic reply will immediately follow any on-line registration. A subsequent final confirmation will be sent by email once your registration will have been processed by the Symposium Secretariat. If you do not receive these confirmation emails please contact secretariat@ldorganisation.com to make sure that we have received your registration.

Within two weeks from the confirmation our accounting department will send you the invoice for your participation. The invoice will be established following the information you submitted during the registration process. Please notify any corrections to your registration immediately.

Any registration which has been confirmed by LD Organisation is considered a valid registration, unless cancelled within two weeks from the registration date. After this period, cancellation fees are due. However in case an abstract is not accepted for presentation at the symposium, no cancellation fee will be due.

Only registered participants will have access to all services provided by the Symposium Secretariat.

The official symposium language is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

Neither the organisers nor LD Organisation will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage and injury to persons or property during the Symposium. Participants are recommended to arrange for their personal travel and health insurance.

To facilitate networking, the list of participants will be included in the book of abstracts. This list will only be provided to registered attendees, and will not be distributed outside the conference.

During the event, pictures and video footage might be taken by the organisers for future promotional use. By visiting the conference, you agree that these images may be used without your further approval and that you waive derived rights. Please note that taking pictures of the presentations shown on screen is strictly forbidden.
